Japanese Alley



A real-time realistic-style project of a Japanese Alley.

I was inspired by Masashi Wakui and embarked on this project to recreate a scene with a similar mood to his photographs.

Modelling: Maya
Texturing: Substance Painter and some Photoshop
Rendering: Unreal Engine 4

Most of the pieces are modular except the yakitori shop in the middle.
